Science provides opportunities for students to
develop an understanding of important science concepts and processes, the
practices used to develop scientific knowledge, of science’s contribution to
our culture and society, and its applications in our lives.
Tutorials
Science students are encouraged to seek extra assistance if needed from their classroom teacher. This may occur at a negotiated time or during class time.
Students can also attend Homework Club on Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons in the school Library. Some Science teachers may attend these sessions, depending on student requests for assistance.
