Complaints and Grievances
A complaint is a customer complaint if it involves an expression of dissatisfaction about the service or action of the department, or its staff, and the complainant is directly affected by the service or action. Customer complaints are an opportunity to identify issues and take action to improve service delivery and customer experiences, and drive a culture of continuous improvement. Students, parents/guardians, and community members can submit a complaint.
Should you have a complaint we encourage you in the first instance to discuss this with your child's teacher, or the staff member involved. Should you be dissatisfied with the outcome, we encourage you to outline your concern on the complaint form found here, and submit it to the relevant head of department, manager, deputy principal, or principle in the first instance.
