I-Reprezent Cultural Festival

30/10/2015

The iReprezent culture festival (previously known as Spark it up) aims to empower young people to change their own lives, through showcasing positive role models. Through events such as iReprezent they aim to also promote cultural identity as a platform of individual success in education and personal aspirations.

Woodridge State High School has been involved in these events since 2006, and this year, we again proudly represented our school, our families and our cultures proudly.

Groups who performed in our Woodridge State High School team were the Samoan team, who performed a Siva Samoa & then Taualuga, the Tongan Boys who performed the Taufakaniua, the Tongan Girls who performed the Taualuga & Cook Island group with their performance, whose girls are always so captivating!

We are very proud of the effort and dedication shown by the students who participated in this event, and thank them, their families and the people who supported us as a team for their support.
